Unless there are specific instances requiring the coach to be sacked, you sack him, you pay o the end of his contract. No coach is going to accept a contract based on performance of the team. There are so many variables which can affect the performance of the team beyond the coach's control - injuries, suspensions. No coach signs a contract and finds ways to get out of it. When Adebayo was told by Spurs his services were not needed, he refused any club settlement and was paid his full salary. If he goes to court in any country, the judge will rely on the terms of his contract and rule. Happens all the time in business. The CEO is not producing according to the Board. He is sacked BUT they will have a settlement package ready for him.

HE RECRUITED MOST OF THE PLAYERS N RECEIVED FULL CASH SUPPORT FROM MGMNT TO PURCHASE THESE PLAYERS. IN DUNCAN'S CASE, PLAYER INJURIES, SUSPENSIONS ET WERE NOT THE SOLE CRITERIA FOR THE TEAM'S WOEFUL PERFORMANCE. THE COACH;S PLAN HAD FAILED N KEEPING HIM WOULD HAVE INCURRED MORE DAMAGE. THEREFORE, THE SPECIFIC INSTANCES THAT REQUIRED FOR DUNCAN'S TERMINATION WAS NON PERFORMANCE. IN THIS LINE OF WORK, PERFORMANCE IS CRITICAL TO BEING EMPLOYED. IF A PRESIDENT IS VOTED FOR TO LEAD A NATION FOR 4YRS N IS IMPEACHED HALFWAY INTO THEIR TERM. DO U STILL PAY THEIR SALARY? NO! Why should the management send the players to a hotel to go and have breakfast immediately they asked coach Duncan to step aside. If there is any problem,
they should sit him down to discuss any misunderstanding between him, the players and management and allow him to continue his job period else don't blame anybody.
