The coach cannot just walk to a board meeting because he is the head of the technical team. He has every right to walk him out. Next time the board will decide which player should be fielded to play matches. He has to set the rules. if you cross the line he will put you in place.

Allow the coach to do his job. It's the job of a coach to motivate his players go into a match and debrief them after the match. If the coach doesn't want you to perform part of his duties, just respect his wishes. Odotei how ...

If the coach doesn't want you to perform part of his duties, just respect his wishes. Odotei how would you feel if someone steps in to perform your duties while you are still at post? You guys are giving the coach hard times for nothing. You should have applied for the position of a coach when it was open. Give the guy some space to perform his job!
