Case in study: Samuel Kuffour and many more started from the u17 and played to the highest level for a long time. Yet still we keep labeling our players as old even though we don't have concrete evidence. Don't we feel ashamed if we label them as old as 40s/50s and they keep competing and standing tall with those we claim to be in their 20s? Is that not annoying if these same football fans at age 20-30 can't even run for a mile.

Anyway to answer your question, Mubarak's was born on July 25th 1990 and his brother was born on January 7th 1992 which makes the difference between them one year and seven months which is perfect even if they are from the same mother
