I want to add my voice to that of numerous Accra Hearts of Oak fans out there. We can not continue supporting a team whose management always put their own personal feelings above that of the team we all support.
I listened to the head of something management of Hearts on Radio Gold yesterday and he was struggling to justify their silly mistake. He even said the coach is a difficult person...that is clearly personal. I think the coach is professional not difficult and they (management team) finds it difficult to deal with that. I encourage all Hearts fans to boycott Hearts matches until further notice.

Obviously, no one on the Hearts management team has any knowledge or skills of sports management. There is a field in management called "sports management," which requires extensive skills in public relations with media,coach and technical team,and supporters (both in Ghana and abroad). It does not involve interference with the coach, players, etc. It does not involve dictating to coach on how to do his job.
Obviously, the management team have failed in their function by bringing discourse among the Phoobians, and some of them, especially that Zakour or whatever his name is, has been shooting his stinky mouth out -- saying stuff like it is wonderful to sack Kenichi. Did he consider the public relations damage they have done to club or their newly won fans, some of whom are Japanese? What a bunch of whacos.

To this day hearts continue to be run by patronage, it doesnt own real estates,better training grounds, nor own stadia.This gives people like zakkour the audacity to cause trouble and the vim to stand in the way of progress which will finally make them redundant.shame shame shame.

The club will always continue to flirt with success to entice their teeming fans, to give them hope that their beloved club will also win but in the end.....nothing. Meanwhile, togbe will continue to accrue gate fee, tickets and merchandise revenue from fans. This is his plan to make money from hearts and not to give back by making sure the club wins trophies. So hearts fans should forget about spending money on their club bcos togbe is simply flirting with the success, hoodwinking hearts fans to make money. Many clubs around the world do this.....toronto maple leafs, arsenal, nyknicks, etc. These clubs know that they will always have a loyal fan base. So they flirt with success and give their fans the hope that are aiming for Trophies but it's all lies. The closer they get to trophies, the more fans support these clubs by buying tickets, merchandise etc......In the end, the fans are left disappointed once again. Togbe calls this business, but it's the fans who are left disappointed after they have blown their money!

Phobia deserves better. God knows there was opportunity to set up good marketing arrangements with japanese fan base and other interests in far east. All the teams in english premiership and across europe has been cultivating ties to the far east in the last 15 years. European teams has even signed players from there as part of this rush to develop interests in far east. Ego is more important to these so called big men at hearts than results, the truth,professionalism and respecting people's right to execute their contract without interference. The old school of hearts big men must look at themselves in mirror. A new generation has come and am pretty sure some are going to become irrelevant soon

Quite unfortunate.Anytime Hearts of Oak wants to come up someone within the fraternity makes sure this does not happen.What has happened now is just repetition of what happened last year.Coach Duncan was relieved of his job in a similar manner last year with the same excuse.This time Hearts of Oak will surely go to relegation.This is the beginning of the end.Odotei who failed woefully in King Faisal is now running Hearts of Oak.He sent Alhaji Grunsah's King Faisal to relegation and he will do same to Togbe's Hearts of Oak.It's only a matter of time.

Why am I saying this?They could have manage to use Kenichi to get a lot of sponsors to cater for the team.Look at the supporters base that that this coach brought.Talking of both local and foreign. Look at gate proceeds of late.I learnt, share floatation is about to take place and this could have been the best opportunity to get the supporters on board.All this factors were not considered and the most stupid decisions has been taken.I pitty Togbe for injecting a huge sums of money in the team but,greedy people around him not making it fruitful.Togbe please,and please open your eyes to get rid of this Mafias,before they cause you.Hiring coaches,and d firing them in a midway of their contract and paying huge sums of money to them them for compensation is really sensless.It saddens that,the agenda,some people had on Kenichi has come to reality.They wanted Kenichi to fail for them to have their way,because,they critised him that he can not perform even before taking up the mantle, and their wish was not coming through so they must fustrate hom to get him out.Keni was too hot for them to contain.Shameless people.
