  Misplaced priority. 100000 ghc for two people as women football ambassadors after leaving high interest rates on the loans of a poor famer, teacher and the nusrse. Why not sponsor research and development in those sectors. After all how many Ghanaian professional footballers have their money in a Ghana's bank?
  We always make reference to the development of South Korea, Singapore and Malaysia forgetting that they invest more in R&D and less in unimportant sectors.
