Going from class one to class two is the normal thing for every school child but jumping from class one to class six is always disastrous and that is why many African leather boys ended up their career as failures. Whoever is managing Dede Ayew is a great thinker whose style of managing the indefatigable Ayew is a concept which is quite splendid. He is actually schooling him. Moving from Swansea to West Ham is the same as graduating from the primary school to the middle school. We don't move from primary school to the second school. Good management is what every footballer need to achieve great success in their career. Poor and greedy management always ends up in a disaster. I wish the entire Ayew family good luck in all their endeavours.
