  Did you read my full text? Toddlers are children. Those who have impulse control problems tend to display behaviours associated with toddlers and juveniles. A professional player attacking match officials is behaviour that a man with a matured brain and comport should not do. He remains a toddler until he stops such behaviour and acts like a fully grown man.
