I have never been a fan of the current fa nor how things are run all the time by fa but there must be in place a process, with a vision and plan and method. But i sense it is only natural that sports minister who is family with vice fa boss will want his man on the hot seat? We will all want to do that and end up with a cabal, or leadership by patronage but a good process will stop such nonsense
