That's one secret of all Japanese Managers. I've lived with them for over 15years and I know the worth of a Japanese coach. Management said he talks to the press too much. They could have sat down with him to find a solution to that. They were just in a hurry to go for a white European coach. Now you can't get him for even 150percent of what you signed him for. It's a lesson for all Ghanaian clubs. Stop looking down on the Asians.
