You have to be here and identify the talent, do selections of local and foreign based established players into the national team, spend time with the players and groom them into a fearful formidable team. That will make your job easier and less challenging but taking too much vacation time in Europe makes your job very difficult and also creates mutiny and misunderstanding between the different sports administrations in our country like what we have going on right now in the ministry and the FA. It's like an indirect coup de tat which in the long run will affect your position as the head coach of the Ghana Black Stars.
