THIS IS COMMON SENSE N GRANT CANT SEE THIS? SEE HOW GHPPL WHO LIVE IN EUROPE N NORTH AMERICA SWEAT PROFUSELY FOR 2/3 WEEKS WHEN THEY ARRIVE IN GH? THEY CANT EVEN BREATHE OR TAKE THE HEAT. U NEED TIME FOR YOUR SYSTEM TO ACCLIMATIZE TO THE GH WEATHER N GRANT N EVEN KONADU COULDT DETERMINE THIS? FOR ALL THE MONEY THEY GET PAID THEY ARE USELESS...BLAME THEM FOR THE DISGRACEFUL DRAW AT HOME

  Some of them play in South Africa, USA, Serbia, and Congo-DR, not local.
  
  WC (or Afcon) qualifiers are not supposed to be limited by the league bases (or ages) of the players as it's done for CHAN, U-23s, U-20s or U17s.
  
  Your aim is to overwhelm the other side and defeat it.
  That means you must not field local players just because the other team (in this case, Uganda) is fielding a 'local contingent'.
  
  Our local players are not good.
  They should not be in the Black Stars.
  If they were any good, they would not stay local.
  
  One moment you trash them for not winning CHAN, the next moment you become their self-appointed advocate.

  There's no such thing as an African weather.
  
  
  We have varying temperatures from the top of the continent to the bottom.
  Uganda gets 70-75 degrees all year because the country has a higher elevation than Ghana. Our players were coming from 68-73 in Europe.
  
  Thus your better point is the one about acclimitisation when they arrive from Europe, because Ghana does 85-105.
  We were caught at 103 on the Tamale pitch.
  
  I think we underperformed because of poor training, under-preparation, under-estimation of the opponents, and thus the poor organisation like Arhinful said.

  After all our experiences with Uganda over the years, all we kept hearing in the days leading to the game were assurances of a win, instead of preparation.

  If we're able to pull it out, I cannot see anyone beating or even drawing with us thereafter.
  
  18 points at stake.
  We've taken 1 and lost 2.
  15 to go.
  Alexandria will be the game-changer.
