Ha ha ha....I think in reality he needs to save his job. If they lose to Egypt, I can see him being fired before AFCON. I think he wants the last two months of salary.

The best local players are all leaving Ghana anyway. Let's not forget, Grant invited two local players to train with the team, and one of them said it was 'overwhelming'! That should tell you what it takes to break into the team.

Also, the ministry has been making player logistics difficult by not arranging, funding their arrival into Ghana. Grant has a problems outside his daily duties he has to contend with. No top national team coach deals with this nonsense.

It has been very disgusting seeing the FA kowtowing to the whims and caprices of this lazy coach Avram grant. Juxtapose his behaviour with the attitude of our own Kwasi Appiah and you will rightly say that Avram Grant comes nowhere near our own when it comes to diligence to work. Avram grant comes always with the excuse that he is monitoring and yet those of us here in Ghana are doing better monitoring of our players than he does. Who caused it you may ask? The FA of cause. They thought they were treating Kwasi Appiah with disdain and go away with it. But no. They are reaping exactly what they sowed. I am not a prophet of doom but I dare say if situations do not change Ghana should forget about winning the AFCON let alone have a place in WORLD CUP 2018
