Players in the league have quality which is not finite. Good players come up every season. The problem is with the inability of Ghanaian clubs to make impact in Africa. This is mainly the fault of the GFA(the club owners are the GFA anyway). The PLB should be transformed into a company. This will make running the league more efficient, clubs make more money, prosecute continental matches more comfortably and then reach the final stages regularly with bigger chances of winning. GPL players will then win these awards regularly. Very straightforward!
