  John Mahama is violating the terms of the CHPS concept. Under this program initiated by the ministry of health to provide health centers to communities the communities themselves are supposed to provide the buildings. Supply of health personnel and drugs are supposed to be provided by the MMDAs and other organisations. John Mahama has however decided to provide the buildings to many communities. This is discrimination. This is not fair. Many communities saved money over years to construct the CHPS buildings because they were told that that was the part they had to play. John Mahama is making these communities feel stupid.

  Set up a private company to run the league like has been done in Nigeria. That's how come rich men like Ifeanyi Ubah can confidently throw money into the league. There are now structures for him to recoup his investment. The GPL will even develop faster than that because Govt owns no clubs. The FA should just relinquish direct control of the league, simple.
