  We need to know this man very well. I mean his antecedents as a coach. At the time he undermined Jose Mourinho and took over his job, he was not even a qualified coach. He failed and he was booted out. He moved on to take series of jobs in succession, all of which he failed woefully. He has always been on the move. As soon as he lands on a job he begins writing applications because he always knew he was just going to fool his employers for a while. From his first year as Black Stars Coach we always see his name in any available opening. I’m not surprised about his possible move to Germany soon after his failed attempt for the USA job.
