There must laid down rules for all to be aware of. If u are late for the first time u get a pass. If you are late a second time u are left off the team and pay a 20percent fine. If you are late the third time you are left off ...

There must laid down rules for all to be aware of. If u are late for the first time u get a pass. If you are late a second time u are left off the team and pay a 20percent fine. If you are late the third time you are left off the team, pay a 50percent fine. If you are late the fourth time then it's time to have a serious discussion with coach and management about a loan or transfer and u still pay a 70percent fine. If you are late the fight time you are out of the club. Did this new coach present such disciplinary measures and consequences to the players? No.....

Maybe you have been away for too long and have forgotten how things work in Ghana.In Canada you maybe able to walk to a bus or a train station and get transportation at a specific time of the day but unfortunately this is no so here in Ghana.I think we can prevent future problems by housing players for the duration of training at camps and allowing them periodic home visits.We certainly do not want our players racing through traffic in order to avoid fines and threats.
