Bonus is paid to an employee(s) world over for a job well done. In effect, it is a meritorious award paid by the employer to his hard working employees during and after the year in vogue.
It is a token, a gratitude, and or a 'thank you note' to show appreciation from both end of the party.

I'm still not convinced Gh can win the trophy. Against these egypsies, we must adopt the 442 defending and counter attack and play 2 or 3 touches ONLY!. Once gh gets into the egypt final third. You switch to 433. We need to beat egypt by 3 or more goals going into the quarters.
1. We need another dribbler like atsu to operate from the leftwing like atsu is doing on the right. Grant should bring in yiadom and push acheampong forward
2. Who is playing #11 for Ghana in this game?
3. Grant waits too long to make changes. So can't you see your players are tired after 65minutes? Gyan, dede all tired. Make changes quick and stop wasting time.
4. Grant, If you are trying to protect your lead. Adopt the 442 defending counter attack with Badu and acquah in midfield. We didn't see that against Mali.
5. We need to create more scoring chances into the 18 and 6 yard boxes. Use the left and right wingers, shoot on goal or deliver 45degree angle passes thru the middle. For headers or shots.
6. Gh squad must lift metal and work on endurance for 120minutes bcos we will need this going into the quarters.
7. Practice penalty kicks in the dark, especially gyan, braimah and acheampong

Well we were lucky agaist Mali that the last minute panelty was disallowed by the referee and this was very clear to everyone.Had the referee awarded the panelty Dede will have been telling us a different story now.We all want the best for the nation so when you guys are playing badly in the second half and we are drawing your attention to it please note it down and work on it.It is not every team that you can put up such a bad second half show and go free.This year is another opportunity for us to win the cup as all the teams performance so far is average apart from Senegal.We should not waste this opportunity.
