I believe Avram Grant is a useless coach because he does not stay in Ghana to coach them. He moves around the world until a month before a match, then he will gather the stars for presentation.
Some of the players have lost their luster.
Afful is no more the Afful of years past. He's weak and slow and therefore should not be fielded. The problem is that politics have crept into the selection and the right people are denied.
Acheampong is too short for the game. He looks petit. Afcon is a big game. It is not for exhibition and it demands players who are strong in the air, strong on the ground and strong at heart.
And we can go on and on. The truth of the matter is that people like Nyantakyi have exceeded their contribution. He must be changed to give room to fresh people with fresh ideas.
If Afriyie cannot see what's up with the Black Stars, then he himself must give way.

There need to be changes at all levels and should begin at the top coaches and back office or as you say technical staff
Then then the no renewal of all present team contract they are not playing for the good not the count ...

Then then the no renewal of all present team contract they are not playing for the good not the country but for the money time t clean house there a hundred if not thousands of young hungry players here in this country that can do better with the right training, and in selection process there should not be any one that have been sent abroad to to play for any foreign clubs look in ward to ghana for your players doing so would rise the hope and dream of the many young men, the corruption that goes on in the sport must be rooted out so you need to look at the socall managers and there back ground and end the pay for play until a viable contract iss in hand when the player gets a share
the team have been many years with put a trophy so another couple years will make no difference to get a new and hungry team in shape to present on the world stage
the saga of the Brazil world cup must never happen again millions down the drain yes it was there money but the demand before play and still loose
just my thoughts clean house of all all the present black star players recruit young ghanaians from with the country and up grade there training in the end u will have a better team a winning team and a well disciplined players
