How technically competent are members of the committee searching for the new coach? Is Oti Akenteng admitting that he is so incompetent he cannot handle the Black Stars? If so then I do not see how he and for that matter the committee can identify a competent coach. Maxwell Konadu with his connection with Nyantekyi,undermined Kwesi Appiah, he again undermined Avram. So let's leave the post with him and let's see how he performs. By now he should know a lot, per Oti Akenteng's theory.

Foolish man. Check the facts. Wat have asst gh coaches to foreign head coaches achieved for gh. Compared to gh head coaches who were entrusted with the head job? Kwasia appiah, konadu have all been deputy coaches to foreign head coaches under Leroy, milo, plavi and grant. Tell me what they achieved when they finally placed in head coaching jobs for gh? Fact is, appiah after over 6yrs as an apprentice under milo and plavi still couldn't manage to win any trophies for ghanaians. He qualified bstar to afcon and wcup but we all saw the disgraceful reult and ramifications. In konadu' case, he also apprenticed under grant, appiah and even plavi bjt konadu also hasn't impressed. He took a chan team without striking ability to a chan finalist, and then failed to qualify in his second time around. In tje brief time that konadu has been allowed to serve as a caretaker coach for bstars. He has failed to.Deliver. He simply lacks the acumen and must be given u20 team to prove himself or sent to brasil or holland to learn some more before entrusting him with head coach duties. There must be a gradual system in place to graduate performing gh coaches, right from the local lg truncates the various national teams, to bstar. Lazy, confused gfa can't seem to think far in anything. If u think konadu can manage bstars. Give him the job on an interim basis and let him go and find his OWN technical ppl. Why can't Bashir coach chan team? Why can't sellas coach meteors? Why can't tanko coach bstar or u20? GFA, pls put in place a written down system that elevates the successes of local coaches. Best performing local coaches in the gpl deserve to coach the chan team or u20. As part of their reward for winning the lg or performing well in tje lg. Send them to brasil or holland to learn modern coaching practices. Invest in them. There must be a program put in place by gfa and the ministry to fund such measures. Right now there is nothing new dats bcos these gfa morons can't think nor plan past tomorrow. Waa look smh...muahahahahaaaaaaa why won't u always rely on white magician to bail you out? The record shows that white magician just come to get paid and leave. They don't even spend nor invest in gh but gfa animals still don't learn...

you paid local coach 3000 dollars and give 50000 dollars to an outsider. Even in 2014, if they settle the players issue at home ghana would have done better than outsiders. The GFA should start telling the truth else nothing good will come to them.

You could help our people learn by sponsoring them to go on courses ... attachments etc ... encourage them not just make them assistants to learn ... how much are they going to learn or how far will this take them .... try ...

Here is a country that can boast of world soccer personages, the likes that has won top soccer laurels including the mundial in our morden day soccer history as citizens, but due to corruption which has become a blood vessel in most Ghanaians, everybody have to trod around like a blind person because some few jungle intellectuals want it so.
Non Ghanaians starts to wonder why and what's wrong when you mention Ghana and soccer,oh what a mess!!
