Talk will always remain cheap like hearts ladies stinky toto. If u build new, retrofit and upgrade existing sports infrastructure but fail to institute management teams to oversee the upkeep and financial worthiness of such structures like it's done in places like south Africa or with wembly stadium. Then u have worked in vain. Look at the fate of these stadiums we have After they were rehabilitated or build fresh. Build 100 new sports stadiums but without sound financial management boards to oversee their upkeep. Forget it...muahahahahaaaaaaa
