  Given GFA's track record of obsession with foreign coaches, Polo and other local coaches don't stand a chance of even competing for the job. GFA would rather hire a third rated Serbian to coach the Black Stars than consider a highly qualified local coach for the position. Even when a local coach is hired, he's paid far less than the white coach. Any question why whites do not respect the blackman. As Bob Marley once said, the blackman should extricate himself from mental slavery.

  It is because we become so disgusted and discourage then pull back which allows GFA and Ghana government to mismanage our affairs.we are not asking them for favours.They work for us and we are TELLING them that we are done with foreign coaches.It is time to start our own Coach and Refereee traing programs.It doesn't matter if it takes us 100 years,we still don't want any more foreign coaches.

  If it's about local coach this time then Akwesi Appiah/Tanko or Akwesi Appiah Konadu will do the trick.We don't want any students as coaches for the national team.I don't mind seen Appiah/Silas Tetteh pairing.
