Corruption is a part of our culture now. It added in our cultural studies books. Everybody and their grandmother is corrupt in Ghana. The lawlessness has now become a part of us, to the point we don't even recognize taking bribes as a form of corruption.
We will continue to disgrace ourselves in the international community if we don't put measures in place to enforce the law.
