  S.Appiah has a very promising potential to be part of the future coach and managers who will handle the next generation of our players.Only if he does the right thing and learn the trade.Nobody is going to hand over the management or coaching of Blackstars to ameteur with no league experience whatsoever.Get down there and gain management or coaching experience from the premier league and the job will be waiting for you.Appiah,Addo,tetteh,Didi,Tanko and Konadu all have a very healthy experience at the league where they prepared themselves.Tonado should do us a favour and do his bit at the local league to prepare first.

  No to Kwesi Appiah. But Yes to Stephen Appiah as Assistant. Kwesi cannot be Assistant and as Coach he has already had his chance and peak.

  If we are going to appoint a local coach , then all of us must support him including the Fa. The main problem of our coaches is how to deal with the ego of the foreign based players.This is matter the whole country must discuss.Lets find out how the Brazillians appoint their own and all their players respect them.Last Tuesday, IVory Coast appointed the former Belgian coach who took Belgium to where they are now.We need to change our national psyche otherwise appointing our local coaches will be an effort in futility.And we can,t continue bringing in useless and lazy coaches like Avram who has taught a bitter lesson.
