  If Akwasi Appiah want to escape eternal disgrace and the worse humiliation in his life,my Advice is he should back off. He made the greatest mistake the very day he applied for this job.He should remember those encouraging him to go for the job are doing nothing but pushing him to his early grave. Akwasi Appiah please be wise for now and save your family from sorrow and grieve. With my Thumbs up, I will settle for Sagnol, that Germany coach. It's about competency not nationalism. It's about results ooo not try and error. Sagnol all the way. #GFA do your work.

  Everyone will die someday any way your threats is nothing it's all about watching what you eat,drinking enough water everyday,quitting smoking,getting enough sleep,getting your regular check ups at least 3-4x a year to always know what you have to warn you to be proactive,take your meds as prescribed,get away from salt,red meat,eat more fish and vegetables,have sex but please use your judgement especially as we age things can never be the same so don't push yourself to impress quit all those bitters because you want to impress please the keyword is MINDFULNESS because both our men and women you are never going to be 20 again when it's gone it's gone please quit chasing the young ones only to force you to impress only to push you early to your grave,if there is a group around your house that makes too much noise in the night depriving you from sleeping just talk to the leaders politely about your problems and they will understand because noises in the night is also a killer night is meant to sleep being awake every night will kill you early.Please wash your hands before and after every tasks stem the spread of gems and please always wear your seat belt and If somebody is driving you in a passenger vehicle please politely caution that driver to avoid over speeding and unnecessary overtaking and please learn to forgive because anger is number one killer because like it or not people will wrong you sometimes.Always remember that someone telling you you will die means nothing it's all about you and nobody else.

If one follows all that you have suggested but is extremely stressed out as a redult of work related issues, your suggestions are gone through the window. Every one wil die some day but does not mean l should hasten the day my turn comes. SHOULD l COMMIT Suicide knowing that we shall all die one day? Absolutely not.
