  Yeah Sannie, you say that this wont be accepted in the Western world. Well let me tell you something Sannie, in the western world if you don't pay your employees or follow labor laws your organization will land in court and you'll be forced to pay what you owe to your employees with interest and court fees! People protest if they don't get paid! However in Ghana it's acceptable to do this to your own, but westerners are not used to that. If you own money, you pay it. You honor a contact or verbal agreement. If not, this is what happens. Shame on the GFA.

  It serves the GFA right. The GFA only trusts and believes in the white man. And so, if the white man is teaching the GFA real management lessons, why are they complaining? With all the financial resources available to the GFA, can't they train any Ghanaian to do this job? Why do you always prefer to give your money to the white man? Please, learn how to do the right thing. The whites are developing their systems for their own benefits. Why can't the African also develop its systems for the benefits of his people. We are tired of this GFA with their foreign tastes.
