  Why insult the guy when he's speaking the truth? All he's saying is the conditions in the GPL make it unattractive. That's food for thought for progressive minds and should be taken in good faith instead of ridiculing the guy. It's time to get off our high horse. As things stand there seems to be no motivation for hard work but that is not the only problem. It's important for the local football governing body to brainstorm to find improved solutions to old problems. Other nations until recently considered as minnows are outpacing us because they're analytical and are doing something new and better than what we're currently doing. They're making themselves competitive. We can do better than our arrogant and complacent attitude. Improvements can only be made that will positively impact African and world football if we are willing to go scientific and introduce sensible innovations into the game. They're not even innovations because some nations are already neck deep into them and reaping results. Others have caught up with us while others have overtaken us. The results stats don't lie. If we're smart we will listen to our hearts and do something new. We can't keep doing the same things that produce the results we all hate and expect to be calling the shots in African and world football. Just humble yourselves and take counsel even from the least likely source like this Tanzania based young footballer from Ghana and we'll begin to see changes and let's stop playing the ostrich, burying our heads in the hot Ghana sands.

That's food for thought for progressive minds and should be taken in good faith instead of ridiculing the guy. It's time to get off our high horse.
