  We need a change in the goalkeeper training department. Either Damba or Olele will be a good fit to effect that change.

  The fact that he was an okay goalie doesn't mean he qualifies. Why doesn't he go aND work with Hearts or Olympics to train Goalies there before applying for a national position?

  Olele was a great, not just OK, goalkeeper. One does not always have to coach elsewhere before coaching the national team in some capacity. How much experience did Didier Deschamps have before being appointed the French natio ...

  I think Coach Damba is more experience as compared to Olele Kingston in terms coaching , therefore Coach Appiah should invite him. Number 1.
