  I have nothing again Mr. Addo but what really is criteria for state burials now? We have a problem, when one thing is introduced (like radio stations) every one abuses it till it has no more value. Does the office of state protocol have a criteria? If so, we need to have the nation educated. This is tax money and why must my family pay for my funeral and someone else go free?
