  I have no idea if they are other directives regarding this new rule as to what happens after a game is stopped for racial chants. Will the offending team be declared losers or what? If not, any losing team could start these chants to end the game in order to possibly have a replay or whatever. More punitive measures must be put in place to curtail this menace.
