English Premiership side Stoke City have lined up an amount of £2.5million to sign Ghanaian defender Daniel Opare from Augsburg.
According to an exclusive report by the Sun Newspaperon Saturday, the Bundesliga club are ready to trade the Ghanaian right-back for money in January as they could lose him for free next summer.
Other Premier League clubs including Everton and Watford are also interested in signing the former Real Madrid Castilla player whilst he has also popped up on the radar of AC Milan, Sevilla and French Ligue 1 side Olympique Marseille.
Opare’s three year contract at Augsburg ends on June 30, 2018 but all efforts to renew his deal by the club has proved futile.
He has also previously played for Anderlecht, FC Porto, and Besiktas.
