The Manchester City player on loan at Dutch side FC Twente has re-echoed his desire to be the best player on the African continent after playing in 25 league games in Holland.
The 18-year-old who played in the U-20 World Cup for Ghana said when asked about his big football dream:
“I really want to be the best player in Africa and also the world’s best I think. That is every footballer’s dream, but you know that. I am more focused on the African Best Player, to get to the top. And also to play in the top teams in the world as well.
“That is what I am waiting on now, that is my dream. Win the Champions League, the World Cup and my league as well.”
Yaw Yeboah despite getting plaudits for his good work is not getting carried away by the praises. The youngster is seeking to do more in preparation for an opportunity to get a call up to the senior national team of Ghana, the Black Stars uner new coach Kwesi Appiah.
