Midfielder Mubarak Wakaso has joined La Liga side Deportivo Alavés.
The Vitoria-Gasteiz-based side becomes the sixth Spanish club Wakaso will be featuring for. He has previously enjoyed stints with Espanyol, Vilareal, Elche, Las Palmas and very recently, Granada.
Wakaso is reported to have signed a three-year contract.
The 26-year-old terminated his contract with Greek giants Panathinaikos last Friday, paving the way for his return to Spanish football in a free agent deal.
According to reports, he had two offers from Turkey, a Russian club, Maccabi Tel Aviv as well as Getafe but opted to join Alavés.
Mubarak Wakaso becomes the eight signing by Deportivo Alavés this summer.
