AFC Wimbledon manager Wally Downes insists they are doing their best to get Ghana international Kwesi Appiah on track.
Appiah who is injury prone has been on the sidelines for several months this season and his boss revealed they are trying to psyche him to deliver.
“The only problem we have had is Kwesi [Appiah] and trying to get him right,” Downes told London News
“He’s got to feel confident in himself to push himself flat out. You know your body best – as soon as he feels capable of going at 100 per cent he will be a valuable asset to us again.”
Appiah has been involved in 26 League 1 games this season scoring four goals and providing one assist.
