Ghana striker Majeed Waris is set to get his career back on track after French Ligue 1 outfit Strasbourg signed him on loan from FC Porto, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.
The 28-year-old- who has been put on ice at the Estádio Do Dragão-arrived in France on Tuesday to seal his move to Le Racing.
According to L'Équipe, Strasbourg have agreed a loan with €2m obligation to buy deal.
However what could scupper the deal is the the number of intermediaries trying to do last minute meddling in the agreement.
Last summer, Waris was expected to join Spanish side Leganes, but deal to collapse because of similar intermediary troubles.
He has previously played for Ligue 1 sides Valenciennes, Lorient and Nantes
