I won’t feature any artiste in 2025 unless… – Medikal

Medikal, a rapper from Ghana, has decided not to collaborate with any artists in 2025, including his friend Shatta Wale.

In an interview with Andy Dosty's Daybreak Hitz show, he revealed this while outlining his music goals for the upcoming year.

Medikal said, "Akyedudu," which translates to "he's a lawyer by himself," in response to Andy Dosty's question on whether he would not feature his close friend Shatta Wale.

The discussion revealed Medikal and Shatta Wale's connection and respect for one another, which will be evident in their future interactions and partnerships.

Additionally, Medikal revealed that he doesn't accept payment for a feature and that he would rather concentrate on himself and his next EP in 2025.

He ended by stating empathically that " “even if I feature someone, I will be the one to put the person on my song, not the other way round.”"
