Following the general elections on December 7, the Progressive Peoples Party (PPP) is pleading with the Electoral Commission (EC) to uphold its rules.
Nana Ofori Owusu, the party's national chairman, signed a statement urging the EC to permit resentful candidates to pursue legal action.
“We called upon the Electoral Commission to desist from meddling in the already declared constituency elections and allow the aggrieved candidates to seek their own redress in the court of law” the statement continued.
