Kumawood Actress Maame Kali Exposes Colleague Matilda Asare for Allegedly Embezzling NPP Campaign Funds

Veteran Kumawood actress, Maame Kali, has made some shocking allegations against her colleague, Matilda Asare. According to Maame Kali, Matilda Asare squandered money given to her by NPP executives to be shared among Kumawood actors who campaigned for the party in the 2020 elections.

Maame Kali revealed that she was part of the Kumawood actors who campaigned heavily for NPP in the 2020 elections. After spending their resources, they were stranded and decided to visit the NPP headquarters for some financial assistance.

During their visit, Maame Kali disclosed that Matilda Asare was given a whopping sum of GH₵301k to be shared amongst them. However, Matilda Asare allegedly took the money and gave Maame Kali and the rest of the team peanuts.

Maame Kali expressed her outrage and disappointment at Matilda Asare's actions. She stated that Matilda Asare gave her only GH₵2k, while some of her colleagues received GH₵500 and GH₵1000. Maame Kali accused Matilda Asare of being greedy and deceitful.

Maame Kali further revealed that when she and her colleagues complained about the unfair distribution of the funds, Matilda Asare lied to them. Maame Kali stated that she can never forgive Matilda Asare for her actions.
