Joyce Bawa Mogtari, the NDC Communicator and former President John Dramani Mahama's spokesman, has blasted Samira Bawumia, the second lady, for violating Ghanaian political decorum. Mogtari claims that when Samira Bawumia attacked former President Mahama personally in 2016, she violated one of Ghanaian politics' unwritten laws.
