Jessica Opare-Saforo, a well-known Ghanaian media figure, has urged men against focussing their efforts on a single lady.

According to her, guys may believe they are dedicated to a woman but in reality they are infatuated with them.

This, she claims, can lead to heartbreak and disappointment.

In one of her YouTube videos, she stated, "If you're putting all your energy in one woman, you may be setting yourself up for heartbreak and disappointment."

"Obsession happens quickly and sneaks up on you. One minute you're crushing on this woman, the next you're planning your entire day around when she's available. You believe you are being dedicated, but what you are actually doing is losing yourself in the process.

She stated that guys are prone to losing themselves when chasing after a specific women.

"What I want you to understand is that focussing on her too quickly blinds you to everything else. You begin to ignore your own needs, personal life, and even your standards. Your standards have completely thrown out the window, and you don't even notice when she starts cancelling plans or making bogus excuses. Why? Because you're too busy wanting her approval."

"Suddenly, she becomes your entire universe, and you lose perspective. You cease seeing things as they are and instead focus on what you hope will happen. "She becomes your fantasy, not your reality."

She swiftly added that women can smell men's energy and can easily identify a man who is overly invested in them.

"He is the truth, when you're chasing someone like that it's no a relationship, it is you running after someone who hasn't even committed and that's where the danger lies," she cautioned male attendees.
