According to Modern Ghana, Kwame Osei, a well-known member of Ghana's business world, was found dead by the side of the road in Accra's busy Cantonments neighborhood early on Thursday morning.

Authorities are rushing to determine the circumstances surrounding his premature death after the unexpected discovery sent shockwaves across the country.

The 42-year-old businessman was last seen alive late Wednesday night. He was renowned for his revolutionary contributions to the real estate industry.

Near a dirt path next to a busy road, his body was discovered at around 6:30 a.m., according to witnesses. Shortly before the discovery, there were reports of a car rushing away from the scene, which sparked suspicions of foul activity.

The police cordoned off the area after witnesses who discovered the body alerted them right away. In an effort to find clues or suspects, investigators are now examining CCTV footage from surrounding businesses.

Suspicions of a targeted attack were strengthened when a police source disclosed that Kwame's body bore obvious indications of violence.

The source stated, "We are taking into account every option." It might have been an attempted robbery or something more planned. Anyone with information is encouraged to come forward.

Osei's family has been devastated by the tragic news. His wife, who is clearly upset, has made a plea for justice because she must now raise their two small children by herself.

“We need answers. Through tears, she uttered, "We want to know who did this and why."

The demise of a man who many considered a visionary has shocked and grieved Ghanaian business colleagues and friends.

Osei was well-known for his altruism and business acumen, frequently striving to improve impoverished areas.

Kwame and I have been friends for years. He was a pleasant, industrious man who always had people' best interests in mind. "This loss is intolerable," a close friend stated.
