Some 13 vehicles and a motorbike have been involved in a chain accident around SDA on the Madina-Adenta road.
Although there are unconfirmed reports of the number of injuries and casualties, a video sighted by GhanaWeb showed that about five of the cars were in very damaged state.
Halfway through the first month of the year and over 200 people have perished in less than ten reported accidents.
On Tuesday, 35 victims including a-year-old infant perished in an accident at Dampoase on the Cape Coast-Takoradi.
