The main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is not fully prepared for the 2020 presidential and parliamentary elections but still working hard on it, Mr Victor Smith, a former spokesperson for former President Jerry John Rawlings, has said.
Ghana’s former High Commissioner to the UK said the party has one-and-a-half years more to get fully prepared for the elections.
He told Kwabena Prah Jnr on Ghana Yensom on Accra100.5FM on Monday, 17 June 2019 that: “I won’t say we are ready; we are one-and-a-half years to the elections and I won’t say we are fully ready but we are working hard toward it.”
He further stated that Ghanaians are disappointed in the Akufo-Addo administration’s bad policies.
“The condition of living for Ghanaians right now is not the best for them. Certain policies introduced are interfering with their lives.”
