Pollster Ben Ephson says the evidence given by the chairman of the Electoral Commission has clarified several issues about the December elections.
Ben Ephson added that Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan would further clarify issues when he is cross-examined next week.
Among others, Dr. Afari-Gyan indicated that no voting took place outside Ghana as claimed by the petitioners.
The EC boss also stated that contrary to claims by the petitioners that only 3,000 people voted without going through thumb print verification, well over 70,000 people voted in the December polls through the face-only verification system.
Mr. Ephson, who is the Managing Editor of the Daily Dispatch newspaper, in an interview with XYZ News said it was good Dr. Afari-Gyan mounted the witness box.
“I am sure by Tuesday or Thursday...we would see where legs are, and heads are in this matter”.
