In the first attempt by NPP to stop the declaration of the elections on Dec 9 2012, they wrote to the EC asking for rechecking of BVMs throughout the country. When that failed they changed to alleging that there was over votting in some 7 consituecies. Again, when it was shot down, they said votes had been added to Mahama in Yendi, Savelugu and other places. When all that failed, they cooked up the fictitious and vexatious issue of unsigned pink sheets etc and made a foolish northerner to go defend the indefensible.

What does this dump mean?. Which evidence has Afri Gyan given?. Afri Gyan is only explaining how election is conducted in Ghana. And so far all what he has explained is something that is well known already. There is nowhere petitioners mentioned voting took place outside Ghana. The petitioners said there were unknown polling stations. Dr. Bawumia said the figure for FO's is about 3,200 and Dr. Afri Gyan has given the figure be over 70,000. In order to know who got the figures right the both party need to provide evidence to back up their claim. Afri Gyan can not just explain how election is conducted and go free. When the time comes, he will have to provide evidence to prove the petitioner claims wrong. So Ephson, should stop this elementary propaganda.

Afari Gjan gave his said of the story in a semianr mode. So wait until the petionner's lawyer cross-examines him before you start making these cheap claims of clarifying things. What exactly did he clarify? Is 80,000 FOs enough to explain millions of votes under contention?

And by the way there are electorial laws Afari cannot change. Thoese are going to be interpreted by the judges. So he can try to cover his head but at the end of the day the chip will fall where they have to fall and he will be stripped naked!

You never heard the over 7 affirmations to Dr Bawumiah's positions during his examination in chief and cross examination. If you can contradict your team's position and go ahead to affirm your opponent's position in such a quick fashion when being lead in evidence, then I wonder what you will do when being cross examined by the opponent.

Who in Ghana does'nt know Ephson is an NDC man since the revolution times. You witnessed all the atrocities perpertrated by the so called revolutionaries including tortures,murders and mutilation of human flesh by Partington and his group during the heydays of the revolution.
Your current posture is not surprising since you have been a mole for the PNDC/NDC from the beginning. Afari Gyan is accused of rigging the 2013 elections in favour of John Mahama and the NDC,and NPP lodged complaints of irregularities masterminded by the EC boss.The latter had just gone through the Examination in Chief by hi Counsel, and yet to be Cross Examined by the petitioners lead Counsel, and Ephson idiotically concludes that Afari Gyan's evidence clarified everything. The EC BOSS cooked the 'Thing' for the NDC, so wait for the NPP to unravel how the whole 'thing' was cooked for the NDC. Afari Gyan would never incriminate himself, and the truth or falsehood in his statements will come out after his cross examination.
I'm not surprised that the GBC Boss is threatening to stop the live coverage of the petition trial just to prevent Ghanaians from drawing their own conclusions. It was for this reason that Major Don Chebe was made the Director General of the GBC with specific instructions to stop the live telecast of the proceedings to safeguard Afari Gyan and NDC from further embarassment.
In this connection, Ben Ephson and Major Don Chebe are playing to the same stomach direction.

You think this number was taken from the skies? The documents that were sumbitted has the 3200 - EC gave that number to the parties and they are inflating it now..Either the first quote is an error, or the last one is - either way, both figures came from the EC so they will have to explain or theie "memories will be refreshed about the matter". Suggesting that if someone had gone through the process without biometric verification and the 'FO' system, then is that persons ballot valid or should be seen as irregularity. I need some education.
