Subject: Dissolution of current management of Ghana national cadet corps

To His Excellency, the Vice President of Ghana,

We, the undersigned instructors, members of the Ghana National Cadet Corps and other sister volunteer cadet corps organizations, led by Cadet Sergeant Major Richard K. Mireku, respectfully petition your esteemed office to dissolve the current management of the Corps, led by Mr. Nicolas Nii Amartefio, who

has occupied the position of National Coordinator for the past 15-20 years.

Grounds for dissolution:

Stagnant Leadership: Mr. Amartefio's prolonged tenure has led to stagnant leadership, hindering the Corps' progress and innovation.

1. Mismanagement: Inefficient management has resulted in inadequate resource allocation, affecting the Corps' operations and cadets' welfare.

2. Lack of Accountability: Unchecked power has led to unaccountability, causing discontent among instructors and cadets.

3. Resistance to Change: The current management has resisted necessary changes, stifling growth and development.

4. Detrimental Impact: The Corps' reputation and effectiveness have suffered due to the current

management's inadequacies.

Request:

We humbly request your office to:

1. Dissolve the current management of the Ghana National Cadet Corps.

2. Establish an interim management committee to oversee the transition.

3. Conduct a thorough investigation into the Corps' management and operations.

4. Implement reforms to ensure accountability, transparency, and effective

leadership

We believe that this petition is in the best interest of the Ghana National Cadet Corps and its members.

We are confident that your timely intervention will revitalize the Corps and restore its glory.
