  What are the duties of this team? Is it part of the GAF or a stepping stone for the children of senior officers who use their powers to push this group into the military?

  The cadet corps needs serious reorganization. 20 years in that position is too long.
  Reorganization should include proper awards and benefits to excelling corps. Right now, it's only a trophy to show. No recognition at all.
