Ghanaian defender Kingsley Fobi scores as Badajoz stun Eibar in Copa del Rey

Ghanaian youth defender Kingsley Fobi was on target when his side CD Badajoz defeated Eibar 3-1 in the Round 32 of the Copa del Rey.

Fobi opened the scoring on the 8th minutes when he was beautifully assisted by Alex Corredera before the latter himself extended the lead through spot kick on the 21st minute.

The Primera Liga side pulled one back through Brazilian Charles from the spot kick before Pablo Vazquez sealed the win for CD Badajoz at the Estadio Municipal Nuevo Vivero, Badajoz.

The 21-year-old the entire duration of the game as he pushes his side to the next stage of the competition.

He has scored twice in two games in the Copa del Rey this season for CD Badajoz.

CD Badajoz are fourth on the Segunda B table with 39 points after 21 games plus of 13 goals.
