Internal wrangling one can say has been accepted by politicians to be normal especially during internal elections of a party. Through to some extent, this affects the party, especially when wrestling power with other parties, party faithfuls are not deterred from attacking each other.
Former Central Regional Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Allotey Jacobs seems to be giving his party's General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah a tough time.
Allotey Jacobs has in a way described Asiedu Nketiah as a hypocrite when he took to his Facebook page Sunday, demanding why the latter had endorsed the candidature of the former President, John Dramani Mahama, when he [General Mosquito] had earlier insisted the endorsement of Mr. Mahama by the Regional Chairmen of the party was inappropriate.
According to Allotey Jacobs, “Sycophancy is when ten Regional chairmen endorse John Mahama and you castigate them for doing so and when the race for General Secretary is hot, you endorse Mahama's flag bear ship. Nyame betua WO ka”.
Though, Allotey did not mention any name in his post, one can easily tell it was an attack on Asiedu Nketiah since he is the current General Secretary of the party.
Meanwhile his post has received mixed reactions on social media.
The two have recently attacked each other when Allotey described Asiedu Nketiah as arrogant with the latter describing Allotey as a comedian.
