On-loan Barcelona forward Kevin Prince Boateng has revealed that he believes in something bigger but he is not very religious.
The 31-year old in an interview with SkySports Italia's "The Lord of Football" show disclosed that even though he is not so much into praying, he wants religion to be a part of his son, Maddox's life.
"I certainly believe in something bigger that sets it all up for us, but I do not pray much, I have taught my son Maddox to pray, although I do not usually pray for him, I want him to pray and believe because it is very important it helps you in so many things," he said.
The German-born Ghanaian forward is currently on loan at Barcelona from Sassuolo after an incredible journey in his football career.
Boateng's move to Barcelona surprised many football pundits but the former AC Milan marksman's quality has never been in doubt.
The striker himself admitted in the past if he had been disciplined in his career in the past, he would have been at the level of some of the best players in the world.
