Ghana winger Jeffrey Schlupp made an injury return on Saturday afternoon as Crystal Palace all-but maintained their premier league status with an impressive 5-0 victory over 10-man Leicester City
The match at the Selhurst Park was Schlupp's first in a month. He played seven minutes after replacing James McArthur.
Palace had the match virtually sewn up at half-time after goals from Wilfried Zaha and James McArthur, which both came from fantastic passing moves.
The Foxes upped their intensity early in the second half, but any hopes of a comeback looked out of sight when Marc Albrighton was shown a straight red card for pulling down an onrushing Zaha.
They fell apart in defence and Ruben Loftus-Cheek then Patrick van Aanholt slotted goals past goalkeeper Ben Hamer.
Christian Benteke, on as a late substitute, compounded Leicester's misery when he scored from the spot after being fouled by Harry Maguire.
Schlupp had been out of action since March 18 when he hurt his ankle in the game against Huddersfield Town.
